Mariusz is a young businessman living in Warsaw with a a successful career and upcoming marriage. However, even with all the wealth and success he is enjoying, there is something missing from his life. Every day before work, he waits to watch a girl leave her building. There is something about her that is different, something special. At night, he walks the streets of Warsaw...
Mariusz is a young businessman living in Warsaw with a a successful career and upcoming marriage. However, even with all the wealth and success he is enjoying, there is something missing from his life. Every day before work, he waits to watch a girl leave her building. There is something about her that is different, something special. At night, he walks the streets of Warsaw thinking to himself. He visits discos and abuses drugs to try and numb the doubt he is having. And then there is his sister, Agnieszka who Mariusz continually avoids at all costs. As he says at the beginning of the film, 'Routine is very important.' The routine continues as usual till he decides to finally talk to the girl he watches every day, till he tries harder and harder to avoid his sister and all as his wedding gets closer and closer.
